Description
The Calico CoolBlack II coating is a low temperature cure ceramic coating. Ceramic Coatings are designed to protect steel, stainless steel, and non-metallic substrates. This coating is formulated to withstand temperatures of 1850°F for extended periods without discoloring or flaking from the substrate. This coating is suited for high temperature components like exhaust systems and other components in close proximity to high temperatures. This coating maintains excellent adhesion properties through repeated thermal cycling while providing corrosion resistant characteristics and no reaction to repeated thermal shock.
